Pierre Raffard (FR)

Pierre Raffard is a geographer, co-director of Food 2.0 LAB-Paris and Lecturer in Geopolitics at ILERI-Paris. For more than ten years, his researches have focused on the political dimension of food and the contemporary transformations of our foodways. He recently published in French Géopolitique de l’alimentation et de la gastronomie (Le Cavalier Bleu, 2021) in which he analyses how food can be seen as a relevant indicator to understand the political organization of the world.
